Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas (420g)π₯
- 2 garlic cloves π§
- 1 lemon (juice) π
- salt π§
Optional Ingredients
- olives π« (for added salt)
- coriander πΏ
METHOD:
- Drain canned chickpeas and keep chickpea liquid in a separate glass
- Put garlic, squeezed lemon juice and salt into blender/NutriBullet
- Add in 1/4 of the chickpea juice
- Blend until smooth
- Add more chickpea juice into blender if the mixture is too chunky
- Add in any other add ons like olives (for saltiness) or coriander etc πΏ β blend those in
- Serve π₯
