Homemade Hummus | Recipe

Ingredients 

- 1 can chickpeas (420g)πŸ₯
- 2 garlic cloves πŸ§„
- 1 lemon (juice) πŸ‹
- salt πŸ§‚

Optional Ingredients

- olives πŸ«’ (for added salt)
- coriander 🌿

METHOD:

  1. Drain canned chickpeas and keep chickpea liquid in a separate glass
  2. Put garlic, squeezed lemon juice and salt into blender/NutriBullet
  3. Add in 1/4 of the chickpea juice
  4. Blend until smooth
  5. Add more chickpea juice into blender if the mixture is too chunky
  6. Add in any other add ons like olives (for saltiness) or coriander etc 🌿 – blend those in
  7. Serve πŸ₯
