Keto Tacos
Ingredients
- 2 pounds 80/20 ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- 4 tbsp Keto Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup red onion chopped
- 1 cup sugar-free salsa
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese or taco blend, divided
- 6 cheese taco shells
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Over medium heat, sauté ground beef and garlic until beef is cooked through and vegetables begin to soften.
- Remove from heat and drain any excess fat (some is okay). Add taco seasoning and stir to incorporate thoroughly. Spoon mixture into a serving dish.
- Place salsa, sour cream, shredded lettuce and shredded cheese each in small serving bowls.
- Take low carb tortilla fill it by layering in lettuce, taco meat, tomato salsa, sour cream, then cheese. Serve tacos!
