This post contains affiliate links. We had Okinamiyaki twice this week because it’s one of my favorite Japanese meals, and I can eat it on the Low Fodmap diet. Win! We also tried Beef & Cauliflower Taco Skillet because I had a lot of frozen cauliflower rice to use up, and my family loved it. They’re not big fans of cauliflower rice, but they couldn’t even tell it was cauliflower in this meal.
