I’m going to a dinner party this weekend, my contribution is homemade hummus.
I know it’s easy to buy hummus – my grocery store has a refrigerated case dedicated to all sorts of different hummuses (hummi?). But homemade hummus will make you a hero. It really does taste a lot better than store bought. Preparing hummus from dried beans is simple if you have an Instant Pot and a food processor.
